Prices, included services, and conditions

• The prices are valid for 2 persons per day/apartment (without breakfast) for a minimum stay of 7 days in high season and 4 days in low season. For shorter stays, we charge an extra fee of 25%
• During high season we charge a minimum occupancy of 4 persons.
• The local tax of 1.80 € per night and person (from 14 years) is not included in the price and will be charged separately on site.

Additional persons & Discounts for children

• For each additional person aged 14 and over, 35 € will be charged.
• For children aged 3-14 we charge 20 € per day.
• Children up to 3 (2.99) years stay with us free of charge.
• Upon request, we are happy to provide a cot, highchair, or other toddler equipment.
• Upon request, guests staying in the holiday apartments may also book breakfast. Breakfast is 18 € per person per day. For children under 8 years, we charge 13 €, for children under 3 years breakfast is free.
• Our holiday homes are non-smoking apartments. We therefore ask for your understanding that smoking is permitted only on the balcony.

• The prices are valid per person per day including breakfast for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
• For stays of less than 3 nights we apply a surcharge of 10%.
• There is a discount for children under 14 years (with two full-paying adults in one room).
• For single occupancy in a double room, there is an extra fee of 10 € per day.
• Daily cleaning and final cleaning are included in the price.

• Check-In: On the day of arrival, the rooms and holiday apartments are available from 3 p.m. Please inform us if you arrive after 7 p.m. On Sundays and public holidays, arrival is only possible after 5.30 p.m., as we would like to dedicate these days to our family and children, provided that our work at the farm and on the fields allows it.
• Check-Out: On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms and holiday apartments by 10 a.m.
• Non-smoking house: Smoking is not permitted in our rooms and holiday apartments.
• Pets: You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you on holiday. We charge 15 € per day for pets (please bring your own basket/blanket and food from home)
• Booking conditions: To confirm your booking we will ask you to transfer a deposit.
• Payment: You can pay the amount by card (EC-VISA credit card) or in cash.
• Fresh bread delivery service: For our holiday apartments we offer a bread service from the local bakery (for an additional charge).
• Laundry: Washing machine and dryer (each 5 €).
• Cancellation policy: Cancellations up to one month before the arrival date are free of charge; for later cancellations we charge 70% of the booking price. In case of earlier departure, all booked days are charged.
