Prices, included services, and conditions

• The prices are valid for 2 persons per day/apartment (without breakfast) for a minimum stay of 7 days in high season and 4 days in low season. For shorter stays, we charge an extra fee of €50.
• * During peak season, we charge a minimum occupancy of 4 people.
• The local tax of €1.80 per night and person (from 14 years) is not included in the price and will be charged separately on site.
• Breakfast available on request: Breakfast is €20 per person per day. For children under 8 years, we charge 13 €, for children under 3 years breakfast is free.

Additional persons & Discounts for children

• Children up to 3  we charge €10 per day
• Upon request, we are happy to provide a cot, highchair, or other toddler equipment.
• For children aged 3-14 we charge €20 per day
• For each additional person aged 14 and over, €25 will be charged.

• The prices are valid per person per day including breakfast for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
• For stays of less than 3 nights we apply a surcharge of 10%.
• There is a discount for children under 14 years (with two full-paying adults in one room).
• For single occupancy in a double room, there is an extra fee of €20 per day.
• Daily cleaning and final cleaning are included in the price.

• Check-In: On the day of arrival, the rooms and holiday apartments are available from 3 p.m. Please inform us if you arrive after 7 p.m. On Sundays and public holidays, arrival is only possible after 5.30 p.m., as we would like to dedicate these days to our family and children, provided that our work at the farm and on the fields allows it.
• Check-Out: On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms and holiday apartments by 10 a.m.
• Non-smoking house: Smoking is not permitted in our rooms and holiday apartments.
• Pets: We charge €20 per day for your dog (without food). Please bring your own dog basket.   Pets must not be left alone in the apartment during their stay with us.           
• Booking conditions: To make a binding reservation, we kindly request a deposit of 30 % on the total price
• Payment: You can pay the amount by card (EC-VISA credit card) or in cash.
• Fresh bread delivery service: For our holiday apartments we offer a bread service from the local bakery (for an additional charge).
• Laundry: Washing machine and dryer (each €5).
• Cancellation policy: From 2 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we retain the deposit. Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100 % of the total travel price. In the event of late arrival or early departure, we charge 100 % of the price for the booked but unused days.
